Team Plan: One Account, Many Editors

October 8, 2026

ScriptCut now has a Team plan, so your whole crew can work from one account with their own logins while clients keep using simple share links.

What It Is

Team puts several people on one shared account. Each teammate gets their own login and a role, but the projects, transcripts and clients all live in one place. Every seat on Team gets everything in ProAI, so nobody is stuck on a lesser plan just because they're not the account owner.

The Problem It Removes

Before Team, a studio or agency with more than one editor had to either share one login (and lose track of who did what) or buy separate accounts that didn't talk to each other. Team fixes both: everyone has their own identity on the account, and the whole team draws from one pool of transcription minutes, AI credits and storage instead of juggling separate allowances per person.

How It Works

An agency running client video work invites a producer and two editors from Settings > Team. Each person logs in with their own account and role. Two editors can open the same transcript at the same time, pull their favorite lines, and both sets of edits are kept. The client never needs a login at all: they still review and approve through the same share links as before.

Team is priced as one starting price that covers the first 3 seats, plus a price for each extra seat. That starting bundle for the first 3 seats is bigger than three times the per-seat amount, since it carries a starting bonus, and each extra seat you add brings its own share of minutes, AI credits and storage. You can buy up to 24 seats online; for 25 seats and up, it's Enterprise, by contacting hello@scriptcut.io. A 7-day free trial is available on Team, once per account owner. Check the live Team prices and allowances for the exact numbers.

Who It Helps Most

  • Agencies and production houses with more than one editor working client projects
  • Podcast or video teams where a producer preps selects and an editor finishes the cut
  • Any team that wants shared minutes, AI credits and storage instead of tracking separate plans per person

Staying On Top Of Activity

Each teammate sets their own email notification frequency (5 Minutes, 15 Minutes, Hourly, Daily, or Never) and chooses which alerts they want, like a client opening a shared link or approving selects. On Team, each person also picks which projects they get notified about: all projects on the account, or only the ones they made or opened. Whoever starts a transcription is always told when it's ready, no matter which setting they pick.
