For marketers, content teams and agencies

Turn every long video into a week of short ones.

Upload a webinar, podcast or interview. ScriptCut Social finds the strongest moments, reframes them so nobody gets cropped out, adds captions, a cover and the copy for each platform, and posts on your schedule. You stay in control of every cut.

InstagramTikTokYouTubeLinkedInFacebook

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. 46 languages. 1080p. No watermark. Clips never expire.

The problem

The webinar happened. Now the real work starts.

The recording sits in a folder. The editor is booked, or there is no editor. The clip tool hands back twenty clips, three are usable, and each one is cropped to the wrong person.

Cut off mid thought

Twenty clips come back and three are usable. The rest open halfway through the answer or stop before the point.

Cropped to the wrong person

The frame sits on whoever is not speaking, or slices someone in half at the edge of the shot.

Somebody else's watermark

Your brand's video goes out carrying another company's logo until you pay to take it off.

Gone in three days

Some tools delete the clips before you have got around to posting them.

Then you start again

Captions in one tool, a thumbnail in another, the copy in a third, and the scheduling somewhere else again.

How it works

Five steps, from upload to posted.

Upload. Find the moments. Reframe. Dress it with captions, a cover and copy. Post it.

01

Upload

Drop in a webinar, podcast, talk or interview, or pull it straight from Dropbox, Google Drive or Frame.io.

02

Find the moments

Say how many clips you want, how long they should run, and what they are for. The AI reads the transcript and picks against that.

03

Reframe

Every shot is reframed to keep your people in frame, and anything the engine decided you can change yourself.

04

Dress it

Captions burned in, a cover that looks like your video, and a description written for each platform.

05

Post it

Send it out now, or put the whole run on the calendar and let it publish itself.

Auto reframe

The clip maker that keeps your people in frame.

Our engine identifies your cuts, reframes and animates each one to always keep your subjects in frame.

Nobody cropped out

Someone framed on the third of a wide shot survives the crop to vertical. The frame moves to them instead of slicing them in half.

The frame follows

When someone moves across the shot the crop tracks them, rather than holding still while they walk out of it.

Split screen, by itself

Two people too far apart for one vertical frame become a split screen automatically, so you never lose the reaction. Up to four in a grid.

Cut to who is talking

When one voice leads, the frame cuts to that person the way an editor would. It never pans slowly across.

Your call

Fix any shot in one drag. It stays fixed.

Drag the frame. Press K for a keyframe. Split the screen two ways or four. Nudge by single frames. What you preview is what downloads.

Drag it and it stays

Move the framing on any shot and it holds. Fix a person once and the fix carries to every shot they lead.

Keyframes and punch in

Animate a shot's framing across the clip, or zoom in on a single shot without touching the rest.

Frame by frame

Drag a cut point, roll a join, or nudge with the arrow keys. It counts the frames back to you as you go.

Split the screen yourself

Force a two way or four way split on any shot, drag each panel, and retime one panel to another moment of the same recording.

The moments

Clips that start on the point and end on the sentence.

The AI reads the transcript, not the waveform. Every clip is a set of lines you can see, so you extend or trim it by a line.

Up to thirty clips

Say how many you want and how long they should run, from fifteen seconds to a minute.

Pick the goal

Convert, educate or entertain. The AI selects against what the clip is for instead of guessing.

Cut freely or trim the ends

Keep a clean stretch and only shorten it, or let the AI tighten inside the answer. You choose how audible the edit is allowed to be.

Edit it by the line

Every clip is a set of transcript lines you can see. Add one, drop one, and the cut follows without opening a timeline.

Captions

Twelve caption styles. Drag them anywhere.

Karaoke, word by word, bold pop, neon and more. Burned in, ready to post, in your colours.

Twelve styles

Karaoke, word by word, bounce, bold pop, neon, boxed, typewriter and more.

Your colours, your position

Pick the highlight colour and drag the caption block anywhere on the frame.

Burned into the file

Captions are rendered into the video, so they survive every upload and every platform's player.

Covers

A thumbnail that looks like your video, not like AI.

Pick a frame, build on it, or generate a new scene that keeps your host's real face. Every cover lands in a gallery you can reuse.

Four ways to make one

Pick a frame from the clip, build on that frame, describe a new one, or upload your own.

Real Host

Keep the actual person's face from your footage and put them into a brand new scene. No invented strangers.

Title, fonts and filters

Around forty fonts, your own colours, nine looks, and a gallery that keeps every cover you have made.

The copy

One clip, five captions. Each one written for its platform.

LinkedIn gets the insight and three hashtags. TikTok gets the trend tags. Facebook gets none. Every description is yours to edit.

Instagram

Instagram

Punchy and visual, story first. Three to five tags, a mix of niche and broad.

TikTok

TikTok

Casual and fast, written the way people actually talk there. Trend tags plus your niche.

YouTube

YouTube

Clear and searchable, because this is the one people find later. Two or three tags.

LinkedIn

LinkedIn

Insight led and value first, in short line breaks. Three to five specific professional tags.

Facebook

Facebook

Conversational, longer, plain spoken. Barely any hashtags, because they do almost nothing here.

Publish

Post now, or fill the calendar for the month.

Connect as many accounts as you need on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. Keep each client in its own folder. Download links for anyone who is not in ScriptCut.

Post now or schedule

Send a clip straight out, or drop it on the calendar and let it publish while you are doing something else.

A calendar you can steer

Month and day views, filtered by platform, account, status or project. Drag a post to a different day.

As many accounts as you run

Connect unlimited profiles per platform and map each one to the client folder it belongs to.

Campaigns

One upload becomes a campaign, not one clip.

Every clip carries its own captions, cover and copy, and each one can go to a different platform on a different day. Build the whole run in one sitting, then let the calendar publish it while you get on with the next shoot.

InstagramTikTokYouTubeLinkedInFacebook

A month from one recording

Ask for up to thirty clips from a single upload, then spread them across the weeks instead of posting them all on Monday.

Every shape from one source

9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok. 1:1 and 4:5 for the feed. 16:9 for YouTube. The same moment, framed correctly for each.

A folder for every client

Keep each brand's clips, connected accounts and calendar apart, and hand anyone outside ScriptCut a download link.

Approve before anything goes

Watch every clip, rewrite any caption and swap any cover before it is scheduled. Nothing posts that you have not seen.

Who it is for

Built for the people who publish every week.

Agencies, marketing teams, podcasts, creators, corporate and founder interviews, talks and course lessons.

Agencies

Run several brands at once, each in its own folder with its own connected accounts and its own calendar.

Marketing teams

Turn the webinar you already ran into the month of posts you already owe.

Podcasts

Every episode becomes a week of clips, and the two of you stay in frame while you talk over each other.

Creators

Long uploads become shorts that keep you in frame, captioned the way your audience expects.

Corporate and founder interviews

Get the founder's best ninety seconds out of the hour they spent on camera.

Talks and course lessons

A keynote or a lesson turns into the clips that sell a seat at the next one.

Built by an editor

Framing rules from the edit bay, not from a spec.

Cut, never pan. Hold both when both fit. Fix a person once and it carries. ScriptCut was built by Marvin Nuecklaus, an editor with six Emmy wins across more than 300 hours of unscripted television.

6

Emmy wins

Across unscripted television, as an editor and director.

13

Nominations

The same craft the framing rules in this product came out of.

300+

Hours cut

Hours of unscripted television, which is where every rule in the reframe engine comes from.

The difference

What you get here that you do not get elsewhere.

Clips that end on the sentence. Nobody cropped out. An automatic split screen when two people cannot fit one frame. Scheduling on the base plan. No watermark. Clips that never expire.

Speaker detection

Who is talking is worked out from the audio, so the framing and the transcript both know.

Retime a shot

Show a different moment of the same recording in a split panel, so a reaction can play while the answer keeps running.

Import from the cloud

Pull a file straight from Dropbox, Google Drive or Frame.io instead of downloading it first.

Preview equals download

What you approve on screen is what renders into the file. No surprises after the export.

Share and download links

Send one clip, a folder or a whole project to someone with no ScriptCut account, password protected if you want.

200 minutes a month

Enough for a long webinar and a couple of episodes, with top ups any time you need more.

100 GB of storage

Your uploads and finished clips stay where you left them. Nothing expires and nothing is deleted on a timer.

1080p, no watermark

Nothing is stamped on your video. There is no watermarked tier to upgrade out of.

A frame accurate timeline

Everything lands on a real frame, never a rounded off second, so the clip you cut is the clip that renders.

Your cuts, found for you

Every cut in the recording is detected before anything is reframed, which is what lets the framing change with the picture.

Nothing happens quietly

Every pass tells you it is running and says what it found when it finishes. You are never left guessing whether it worked.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to upload?

One long video. A webinar, a podcast episode, an interview, a panel, a talking head recording. Drop it in, or pull it straight from Dropbox, Google Drive or Frame.io. There is no limit on how big a single file can be.

How long does it take?

Most of it happens while you do something else. A one hour recording is transcribed, cut into clips and reframed without you sitting there watching. Every pass tells you it is running and says what it found when it finishes.

Do I have to keep the clips the AI picks?

No. Every clip is a starting point. Move where it starts and ends, throw away the ones you do not want, change the framing on any shot, and add a clip the AI never suggested. Nothing is locked.

What happens when two people are on screen?

The engine builds a split screen so nobody is cropped out and you keep the reaction. Up to four people go into a grid. You can also force a split yourself on any shot, and drag each panel to frame it.

Can I post straight from ScriptCut?

Yes. Connect your accounts once, then post or schedule to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok from one calendar. Each platform gets its own description, written for that platform.

Do I need an editor or an editing app?

No. Everything happens in the browser. If you do want to hand the cut to an editor later, ScriptCut also exports a timeline that opens in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Avid.

Is there a watermark?

No. Nothing is stamped on your video at any point, and there is no watermarked tier to upgrade out of. Clips render at 1080p.

What if the recording is not in English?

46 languages are supported and the spoken language is detected for you. The transcript, the captions and the copy for each platform all follow it.

What do I get each month?

200 minutes of upload and 100 GB of storage, which covers a long webinar and a couple of episodes. Top up any time you need more. Nothing you make expires and nothing is deleted on a timer.

Can I try it first?

Seven days free, with enough credits to run real footage through it rather than a demo. Cancel from your account any time before the trial ends and you are not charged.
