Your B-roll, music and logos now live in one shared library, so you upload each file once and use it in every project instead of re-uploading the same clips over and over.
The Social editor's Inspector has a Media Gallery behind every media section: B-roll, Music, the Logo bug, and the opening and closing videos. Each section shows your project's files as thumbnails with two buttons underneath: Upload and Add from Gallery.
The Media Gallery itself is also its own page in the Social sidebar. It holds every file your account has ever uploaded, with toggles for B-roll, Music, Logos and Opening / Closing so you can browse by type.
Without a shared library, the same logo or the same music bed ends up uploaded again for every new project, eating storage and creating copies you have to keep track of. Reusing a file used to mean finding it on your computer again and uploading it from scratch.
Now you upload a file once, and it is sitting in your gallery ready to add to any future project with a tick and a click.
Say you run an agency and every project for a coffee brand client needs the same logo bug and the same intro music. Upload both once. On the next project, open the Logo bug section, press Add from Gallery, and the gallery opens filtered to logos only. Tick the file, press Add to Project, done.
If a file is a file your client owns, it shows up in every one of that client's projects automatically, no re-upload needed.
Uploading is flexible too. Upload opens a window with From your Computer, a drop zone you click or drag onto, and From Cloud, which imports straight from your own Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io. Cloud files go directly from your storage to ScriptCut without passing through your browser, so a large master file imports fine even on a slow connection. If you have not connected a service yet, it prompts you to connect it in Settings > App Integrations.
Inside the gallery itself you can organize as your library grows: make folders with Add Folder, drag files onto a folder or right click to Move to folder, lasso-select several files at once, tick everything with the select box, switch between grid and list view, and sort or search. Hovering a file plays it, a music track shows its waveform and opens a bottom player with play, pause, previous, next, seek, volume and speed. Videos have a full-screen play button in the corner too.
The small X on a thumbnail inside a project only removes it from that project: the file stays safe in your gallery for next time. Real deletion only happens in the gallery itself. Deleting a video or track there removes it from every clip that uses it and from your storage. Deleting a logo removes it everywhere, from every client, project and clip. Deleting a folder never deletes what's inside, it just moves those files up a level.
Agencies juggling several clients' logos and brand music, podcast producers who reuse the same intro and outro every episode, and social media teams who apply the same B-roll pack across many clips all get the same benefit: upload once, reuse everywhere.
Open your project in ScriptCut and try Add from Gallery next time you need a file you have already uploaded.
No. Upload it once and use Add from Gallery in any future project's Logo bug section to add it with a tick, no re-upload needed.
